Scheduling Policy
Dr. Burnett sets her schedule at the beginning of the week. Dr. Burnett covers a huge area and doesn’t always know where she will need to be until a day or 2 before, which makes setting a time difficult many days to weeks in advance. If you hear back from us and are told we will be there on a specific day, please wait until Sunday (early in the month Dr. Burnett sees appointments Monday-Friday) or Monday (later in the month Dr. Burnett sees appointments Tuesday-Friday or Saturday) for us to give you a specific time. If you’ve submitted an appointment request and we have acknowledged it, that means you are on our “list” for a given week based on your request and we will our absolute best to accommodate you. Exceptions to this policy are patients with urgent needs which we try to accommodate as soon as possible or patients that live beyond our normal 25 mile radius call area which require more coordination to get to.
